Before that, I was working as a Customer Operations Advisor here at Squarespace, and prior to that I was working in arts administration, primarily in the nonprofit sector.Whats the first (and/or last) thing you do at work every day?At the beginning of each day, I make a list on paper of all the things Id like to accomplish in that day, ongoing projects I want to think about, and long-term goals. This helps me stay grounded throughout a packed day of meetings or an influx of emails. Its important to me so that I dont get distracted by whichever task might come in front of me in the moment. At the end of the day, I look at the items I didnt cross off of the list, and reassess them for the next day. Whats the most unique or interesting aspect of your job or company?Connecting with our custome rs and learning about the incredible journeys theyve taken to start their businesses or get their dreams off the ground. Im lucky to connect with a spectrum of individuals on a daily basis, from notable folks to emerging businesses. Every story is unique, and it inspires me everyday.Whats something youre especially good at at work?Storytelling.What about outside of work?Drawing my illustrations (which can be seenon my website) are my side hustleWhat do you love most about your job or your company?That we value telling our customers stories.
